Beyond the Blue Mountains

This was my second quilt using the tulle overlay technique. There are only about nine different fabrics in this quilt, which only took me about three hours to design and perhaps another three hours to quilt. It just goes to prove that you can get a whole lot of ‘bang for your buck’ with a simple landscape design!
Technique: Fabric collage of printed, batik, velvet and pleated synthetic (and I also used the selvedges!) fabrics.
